We have a variety of cleaning options when it comes to keeping your office space pristine.
A standard office clean includes emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning toliets, mopping floors, polishing mirrors, cleaning the lunch room, wiping down window sills, cleaning reception areas, and replenishing bathroom supplies. We can also source and provide your bathrrom supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps etc.
Every three months, we can carry out a keyboard and monitor clean, clean all the desks, clean phones, and do an indepth clean in the lunchroom including cleaning out the fridge and cleaning shelves. We can include window cleaning in this three monthly clean.
Sparkling clean windows, fresh clean carpets and exterior building cleans
As part of your commercial cleaning or office cleaning, we can schedule regular interior and exterior window cleaning - and in between full window cleans we can remove fingermarks from glass, spot clean etc.

To keep your building exterior looking immaculate, A1 Commercial Services offer exterior building cleans on a scheduled basis - we recommend yearly cleaning but are happy to accommodate your requirements.
Builders cleans - cleaning up after the builders leave
When the building on a house is completed, before anyone moves in, we'll carry out a builder's clean, ensuring that when the owners or tenants move in, it's pristine and dust-free.
PH neutral and environmentally friendly products on request
If you have particular requirements for PH neutral products or environmentally friendly green cleaning products, talk to us. We also use micro fibre cloths so less chemicals are needed to achieve a superb clean.
Follow-up service is second to none
Monthly phone calls are made for the first three months of a new contract to ensure client satisfaction, with a quarterly contact thereafter.
Every six months we'll meet with you and carry out inspections of the premises to ensure your expectations are being met and any improvements that can be made.
